Deirdre Sommerkamp has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of revenue, operations, and technology, turning strategy into execution. From startups to global enterprises, she has scaled businesses, built teams and systems, and led global organizations accountable for business performance and customer outcomes.
Her experience spans 1,800+ customer engagements across technology, healthcare, life sciences, insurance, media, business services, and manufacturing. She has led the functions that need to work together for change to succeed: sales, solutions consulting and forward-deployed engineering, technical delivery, revenue operations, customer marketing, and customer experience.
Today, Deirdre leads a team of people and AI agents at Sommerkamp Consulting, helping businesses become AI-native by changing how people, teams, and technology work together. She stays close to the work, building and testing alongside the teams making that change.
